We will remove the hoof capsule to show the internal working of the foot and give you an insight into the location of all the major nerve and circulatory routes into and out of the foot. We will also cover the tendons and ligaments with their actions and physical make up with relevance to our treatments. How various issues may affect the dogs gait and behaviour, and the protocols to use on certain issues. We will also cover how to liaise with the owners vet to achieve the best result for the dog and its owner. Please note this is not a dog handling course, though we will cover general safety.
