What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new Scalar Wave Laser accompanied by this limited warranty statement.

Only consumers purchasing this product from a Quantumwave Laser distributor may obtain coverage under this limited warranty.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty coverage is 2 years from the documented date of purchase e.g. invoice.

What does the limited warranty not cover?

The limited warranty does not cover:

1. Any problem caused by commercial use, accident, abuse, neglect, shock or modification.
2. Any misuse contrary to the instructions and user manual.
3. Any malfunctions caused by other equipment.

This limited warranty is void if the product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered with labelling.

What do you have to do?

Quantumwave Lasers will not provide any warranty cover unless your claim is in compliance with all terms of this limited warranty statement and you follow the returns procedure. To request warranty service, contact your Quantumwave Laser distributor or Quantumwave Lasers UK.

You must package the product for return either in its original packaging or in protection equivalent to the original packaging. Quantumwave Lasers UK will arrange for shipping and the shipping charges will be met by Qantumwave Lasers UK.

What will Quantumwave Lasers UK do?

If Quantumwave Lasers UK have authorised the return of your laser under warranty, they will replace your product without charge with a functionally equivalent replacement product. They may replace your laser with a previously used one, repaired and tested to meet required specifications. Quantumwave Lasers UK will pay the shipment of the replacement product to you. By sending your product for replacement, you agree to transfer ownership of the original laser to Quantumwave Lasers UK. Quantumwave Lasers UK will not return your original laser to you.

How does the law apply?

This limited warranty does not affect any additional rights you have under laws in your jurisdiction governing the sales of consumer goods, including, without limitation, national laws implementing EC Directive 99/44.
